✅ You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
✅ Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
✅ Returns are accepted for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items received
📌 Non-Returnable Items
❌ Custom-built PCs and special-order parts may have different return conditions. Once assembled or used, custom builds are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or DOA (Dead On Arrival).
❌ Opened software, gift cards, or downloadable products are non-returnable.

✅ Email us at info@rygens.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
✅ Our support team will review your request and guide you through the steps.
✅ Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for safe packaging and shipping back the item.
📌 Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds for returned items will be processed after inspection.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
